3.2 License to Use When you purchase a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content for your personal professional development.

6. No Guarantee of Results

6.1 Clinical Outcomes You understand that acupuncture and TCM are complex disciplines. V.O.F Zusanli makes no guarantees regarding the clinical results you will achieve with your patients using the Dr. Tan Balance Method. Clinical success depends on your individual skill, diagnosis, and patient factors outside our control.

6.2 Financial Outcomes We do not guarantee that purchasing our courses will result in increased revenue, new patients, or business success for your practice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Maximum Liability: In no event shall V.O.F Zusanli's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid us in the last six (6) months.

  • No Consequential Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our website or courses.
